At Kinchant Outdoor Education Centre (KOEC) we run camp programs on a weekly and a biweekly basis. We suggest that when planning a camp you organize 1 camp coordinator to be the main liaison with Kinchant Staff. This person is required to attend an Orientation day to assist them in their camp preparations. During these Orientation days, we provide you with all of the information you and your school will require to plan your camp as well as answer any questions you may have.
During Orientation day we make time to go through and explain all aspects of the required paperwork. To make the forms easier to use we have listed them in 3 sections: Required before camp, required during camp and information for students.
All forms found in in the required before camp section are the forms that need to be completed and sent to your Kinchant OEC coordinator. We require this information before you and your students arrive on site.
