A series of Teamwork and Leadership focused activities encouraging the development of “the team” through explanation and trialling of a range of team work strategies. After an explanation problem/puzzle the team plans a “strategy of attack”, trails alternative options and decides on a course of action to complete the challenge. All challenges involve the use, displacement and movement of water. Debrief after each successful or unsuccessful attempt is facilitated focusing on problem solving strategies employed and teamwork initiatives identified. Activities include low level risk components.
