A Teamwork and Leadership focused activity encouraging the development of “the team” through explanation and trialling of a range of team work strategies. After an explanation of the scenario of developing a mini golf course – the team plans a “strategy of attack”, trails alternative options and decides on a course of action to complete the challenge. Debrief of each design is facilitated focusing on problem solving strategies employed and teamwork initiatives identified. Upon completion of the design and building of the courses, the students “play” the course and rate for ingenuity and complexity of design.
